Controls
Tunnel Jet Racing is designed to be controlled via your devices tilt control, but other options are available. Control options can be reached via Options → Controls.
Device Tilt Control
Select tilt control by selecting the picture of the rotating phone/tablet at the top of the Options → Controls screen, next to the Steering Control heading.
This is the recommended control method, but may be difficult to use if travelling in a rough and bumpy environment. Your device is turned as a steering wheel to turn your racer left and right. Tip your device forwards and backwards to turn your racer upwards or downwards. Other controls are on the side of the screen and activated by touch.
Y-Axis Direction. Use to select whether tilting your device forward will steer your racer upwards or downwards.
Y Steering Type controls how the jet racer moves up and down when tilting your device. The default easier setting gives a slightly more restrictive control and
only allows flat tunnels to be raced. Use the more advanced setting to increase maneuverability and allow tunnels with up/down gradients to be raced.
Sensitivity controls the magnitude of your racers steering relative to how much you turn your device. Move the slider to the right to increase the sensitivity.
We recommend using a high sensitivity. When you get used to high sensitivity you will find it easier to steer around sharp corners.

Hit the More button to access on screen button and controls display options.
Button Size controls the size of the on screen buttons.
Throttle Size controls the size of the throttle slider.
Swap Brake/Full Buttons allows you to swap the position of the brake button with the full throttle button.
Swap Fire/Options Buttons allows you to swap the position of the fire (and target) button with the options button.
Mirror Controls swaps all controls on the left hand side of the screen with the controls on the right hand side of the screen.
Back, press this to return to the control selection menu.
